A real treat.

Fantastic boardwalk down through the woods to the edge of the beach, with an amazing view over the bay. Sheltered from the wind by the surrounding landscape. Such a treat to feel so surrounded by nature.

A wonderful walk from the harbour to the beach

Although the beach would only be accessible with difficulty the harbour walk more than made up for it .

Update re visitors centre with accessible toilet

Since the previous review there has been the addition of a visitor centre, a very modern environmentally friendly accessible circular building . It has toilets including an accessible one, seating, a cafe and an educational area and is situated just 500 yards from the beginning of the beach and close to the car park.
