I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.

Enough disabled access features for a small store and a short shopping trip.

The entrance and exit doors are both automatic and wide enough to easily get a wheel/power chair through. The aisles are very wide and easily navigated through, however at one point I was blocked in one aisle by two very big trolleys waiting to be unloaded of stock.

There are 3 disabled parking spaces located directly outside the entrance to the store along with standard parking and parent and child spaces. Either side of the store there is on-street parking available. Nearby there are links to public buses and Llanelli train station is a very short distance away with a taxi rank attached to the station itself.

Staff
Bad
Staff here tend to make you feel a tad uncomfortable at the best of times. Most of them seem to not want to be there, they have poor manners and often don't take the time to even acknowledge your presence beyond scanning products. The staff member on the till made it particularly difficult for me to pack my bag as he persistently overloaded the packing area that I struggled to reach.
