Overall Rating
Excellent
No expense spared to deliver a free viewing platform to the public. Fully accessible but you must pre book tickets.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Lift access from street to front door and once inside there is state of the art access.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Did not see car parking but all forms of public accessible transport nearby.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Huge heavy door to accessible WC. Need to find staff to unlock as it was not a radar key. Tied up alarm cord. However, clean and well thought out layout.
Staff
Excellent
All staff were seen to ensure my accessible needs were met.
