Very nice shopping center staff are really friendly only issue is there are no autism awareness cards to pick up from the help desk like stated on the website. Nor do they come on very sificiant lanyards. I feel a quiet or sensory from in the center would be of benifit as the center can be very overwhelming

Hi Chloe, we are aware you have been asking for these cards which are now available and apologise for the delay. We have lanyards and autism cards available from our Help Desk now and thank you for the kind feedback on our staff. We are also working towards a changing places toilet and a quiet room but in the meantime, please ask staff if you need a quiet space as we can help with this. Sorry the toilets smelt on your recent visit, they are cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day so please let us know if there is a specific problem and we can look into this.
