The Howgate Shopping Centre is a community shopping centre located on Falkirk High Street, next to the iconic Steeple. Free wheelchair hire is available at our Help Desk where you will also find a hearing loop. The Help Desk is located next to Costa Coffee and manned from 11am-2pm with a help phone available when unmanned. The centre offers Sensory Shopping between 11am-5pm on the first Sunday of every month and Autism friendly guides are available to download on our website or collect at our Help Desk. Centre staff are trained in sighted guiding, basic sign language, Alzheimer's awareness and autism awareness training.
