Very accessible with ramps to the waiting room area and toilets. The ticket office has an induction loop and there is a height adjusted ticket counter available at the station. There is also customer assistance office on platform 2. A ramp for train access is available.

Toilets

There is one disabled toilet available however it does not have any changing facilities available or national key toilets.

not applicable as we did not speak to staff members however there is staff help available in relation to the trains and assistance in the ticket offices.
