Excellent
Very accessible with ramps for wheelchairs and disabled toilets and makes train and bus transport more accessible for people with a disability or any difficulties. There is also a Customer Assistance office located on Platform 2 and wheelchairs available if necessary.

Good
Very accessible with ramps to the waiting room area and toilets. The ticket office has an induction loop and there is a height adjusted ticket counter available at the station. There is also customer assistance office on platform 2. A ramp for train access is available.
Parking & Transport
Good
280 car park spaces and 18 accessible spaces available. Wheelchair users can use the car park equipment at this station unaided. Detailed information available on the website.

Good
There is one disabled toilet available however it does not have any changing facilities available or national key toilets.
Staff
0not applicable as we did not speak to staff members however there is staff help available in relation to the trains and assistance in the ticket offices.
