Absolutely amazing for the whole family

Good

Amazing science and discovery venue for the whole family, the staff were really friendly and there are activities for everyone no matter their level of disability. The food is reasonably priced and there is a lot of activities in the 3 hour slot that you are there. There are sensory zones, imagination/role play zones and scientific zone and an outdoor play area (depending on the weather). You are also informed of safety and zone information whilst you are queuing to go in.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Disabled access inside the venue is perfect it is all level access from room to room and wide open areas for easy turning. There are seating areas in every area in the cafe areas and on some of the wall areas. The only part that lets the the venue down on disabled access is the outside of the building on and out of the venue as the paths are narrow and if a car parks with their bumper over the kurb you have to go up and down side of ramped areas that have a little step to get the wheelchair up.

Parking & Transport

Good

There was limited disability bays from what I could see, we parked outside the main entrance where you queue to wait to go in. The parking could be laid out a bit better as if you out your bumper over the kurb you take up some of the access path.

Staff

Excellent

The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative making you feel very welcome part of their family. They was always making sure the children were safe aswell.

Additional Information

Hand sanitizer stations situated in numerous areas in each zone, staff always wearing face masks and making sure their hands were sanitised. I would 100% visit again and recommend it to family/friends or anyone looking for a really amazing place for the family.
