Overview

A lovely hotel with a large accessible room. Easy to access the restaurant, pool and bar with power chair. Step free access to beach also available although this is down a fairly steep hill. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful about access. Only area we struggled with was to the children’s area as there was a step.

Transport & Parking

Parking in small car park at the front of the hotel. Our main struggle was accessible transfers from airport. We booked through a travel agent but with some research may have been able to find accessible transfers.

Access

The whole complex bar one small area was step free. Access was excellent.

Toilets

Accessible toilet in both our room and the pool area. Lots of space and grab rails.

Staff

Staff had good knowledge of access and answered our questions when we arrived. Very helpful and friendly.
