Overall Rating
Average
Average. Not all shops are accessible. I was told clothes are 'upstairs' and no one offered an alternative. Primark wasn't accessible and you have to leave the centre and walk round the outside and enter from the outside.
Disabled Access In and Around
Poor
Disappointing. Not all shops were accessible. When I complained I was met with shrugs. It felt like it was behind the times in terms of disabled access.
