Good
Level access and the bus station is all in one level. Clear signage and markings. And a good wee cafe!
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Pretty good - all in one level - push pad doors - dropped counter for tickets - clear signage advising anyone needing assistance to let staff know before boarding - dropped kerbs to all the bus bays.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
It's a bus station so that's obviously the best way to get there!
Accessible Toilets
0Didn't use it but saw there was an accessible Radar key loo. Helpfully this is located *before* the pesky pay-as-you-go turnstiles.
Staff
Excellent
Didn't speak to any bus station staff but the staff at the cafe super helpful. They offered to carry food & drinks over to customers tables & were genuinely friendly.
Additional Information
If you've got a changeover at Inverness Bus Station definitely grab a donut and a coffee at Ashers Cafe & Bakery!
