Irton House Farm Cottages

I had a fantastic three night, stay at Irton House farm whilst visiting my relatives in the Lake District. We love this area of the Lake District and have visited many times before. Irton House Farm is a family run farm which includes accessible cottages and a camping and Caravan site. Lindsay and Nic and their family live on the farm and will make you feel welcome. We stayed in a cottage called the Martins which sleeps six people. There are other cottages available on the farm which sleep two and four people. Docs and assistance. dogs but must be kept on lead whilst on the farm.

What a wonderful stay at Irton House Farm - the third time this year! It really is a home away from home. Lindsay, Nic and family are extremely welcoming and approachable throughout our stay and always find time to chat. The cottages are beautifully furnished with fantastic facilities for all the family. The adaptations to the cottage for wheelchair users make it fully accessible for my husband which enables us to have an stress-free break. We can’t wait to see you again in October.
