Fantastic donation to Hearing Dogs charity

We had a wonderful visit to the JL store to receive a cheque on behalf of the Hearing Dogs charity and was made to feel so welcome by the staff in the store, especially Veronica. They made us feel special. Thank you all.

Disabled Access at John Lewis at Home

Free Parking disabled bays outside our Customer Service Entrance. There is wheel chair access via customer lifts from ground floor to first floor and disabled toilets are located on the first floor. Hearing loops are situated at the two main till banks, ground floor and first floor. We also have 1 wheel chair in the building available on request.
