Street level push pad entrance from All Saints Green leading into ground floor gifts. Street level push pad entrance from Ber Street leading into ground floor beauty and street level automatic doors and ramp access also from Ber Street leading into ground floor linens. Push pad entrances to shop from both ground floor and first floor car park entrances. Standard store lifts with doors used by disabled and non disabled users available to access all areas of the shop with slope between menswear and childrenswear departments.

Accessible parking at John Lewis Norwich

We have our own car park with spaces reserved for disabled customers on the ground floor of the John Lewis Norwich car park situated next to the store. There is also disabled street parking on All Saints Green. Neither are able to be booked in advance.

They are located on the Second floor next to Audio and Television and on the first floor next to Toys.
