Overall Rating

Excellent

Good library with good access for disabled, flat area with ramps for access, automatic wheelchair friendly doors, could have better signage pointing to the library within the building,

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Most of the town hall is on the flat, but general access to building is generally pretty good, lift access to higher floors.

Accessible facilities: Lift to all areas, Seating at regular intervals

Parking & Transport

Good

I travelled to this place by bus

Access very good as in the centre of Johnstone, main bus routes less than a 5 min walk, car parking is there but often busy, other parking areas nearby, on street parking free, designated disabled spaces and electric car charging

Accessible facilities: Electric vehicle charging, Dedicated on-site parking, Drop-off or pick up point, Public or on street parking

Accessible Toilets

Good

Changing places toilets are available although not enough signage indicating where they are located, 2 ladies 2 gents toilets, 1 disabled toilet with grab rails.

Facilities: Changing Places toilet, Accessible toilet

Staff

Good

Main reception area where staff are located to point you in the right direction around the building.
