Excellent

An easily accessed community facility offering a host of services including The Police Office, I am Me Keep Safe Member, Library, Café, Council Services, customer service centre ( registry office/ceremony suite, rent collection etc) theatre, conference space and meeting spaces and function suites. Social Work offices are also located here.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Level access to building with automatic door entry. Level access throughout building and spacious walkway and lift. Well visible signage.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

Plenty of designated disabled parking bay. Well serviced by bus service stopping at Houston Square which is a short walk away. Train station half a mile from venue.

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Clean, well maintained and roomy disabled toilet with emergency cord alarm and grab assistance bars. Close to café .

Staff

Excellent

The staff at the front desk, in the café and in the library well all very friendly and helpful on our visit.

Additional Information

The Library is a warm and welcoming area. The staff were happy to explain the facilities available for example the automatic book return and the talking books available.
