It’s a small shop but you can get in with a chair but not much manoeuvrability.

Disabled parking spot literally outside the door. The cafe is on the high street, if this spot is taken you can park elsewhere. Public transport links to the town.

0No, toilet is upstairs. Stairs have One rail on the right.

Delightful.
Additional Information
The food is absolutely delicious and worth the journey. Most (maybe all?) is made on site which is unusual these days but it shows. We went in for lunch and back to buy something to take home for tea.
