Good
Sometimes finding shops where you can wheel in as a wheelchair user is tricky. I was passing by and discovered Jones where the door was wide, the access level, space to browse and I could check out the shoes I was looking for.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Disabled access was good with a nice wide doorway so it was easy to wheel in. The threshold was level so no bumping or bashing to fight my way in. Inside there was plenty of space to have a browse around and check out the shoes.
Parking & Transport
Bad
Parking on Lothian Road in this busy part of the city is not easy. You may be able to park in some spots using a Blue Badge. I arrived on foot (wheels) as it was easier.
Staff
Good
Staff were helpful and welcoming.
