0There is a lift to the right of the steps at the main entrance on Park Place. I could not see any information about accessibility on the website so I had to phone. When I arrived there were heavy metal gates and no way to summon help. I opened them myself, drew back the bar and drove inside. The platform was too short to take my scooter and the tailgate could not be closed. The lift could not be operated without a key. At this point I phoned reception and someone came out. She said the lift would not work if the tailgate could not be closed. I told her that this was unacceptable and that she should cancel my reservation and I would go somewhere else.
