Overall Rating
Good
The food was great, and I’ve always loved the lively atmosphere at La Vita Spuntini. The dessert was especially a highlight - well worth saving room for. It’s a busy and bustling environment. Accessibility was mostly good, although the layout could be tricky at peak times.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
I always call ahead to let them know I’m a wheelchair user, and they are brilliant at reserving a table close to the entrance, which makes access much easier. The entrance itself is level, but with double glass doors - I was about to call my friend to come and open them, but the staff had already spotted me and opened the doors before she could pick up. It’s clear they were expecting my booking, which really helped me feel welcome. Inside, tables are placed quite close together, so manoeuvring a wheelchair could be difficult if the restaurant is very busy. It’s also quite loud and crowded, so it might be overwhelming for those with sensory sensitivities.
Parking & Transport
0Not applicable for this visit - I didn’t use parking or public transport. It’s worth noting that the venue is located at the West End, near public transport links.
Accessible Toilets
0I didn’t need to use the toilet during this visit. Based on the tight table layout, it might be a bit tricky to navigate easily through the restaurant, but I can’t comment on the facilities themselves.
Staff
Excellent
As mentioned above, the staff were really attentive. They had an eye out for my arrival and were proactive in helping with the entrance doors. Service was friendly and efficient throughout.
