    Lakeside Lodge, North East Scotland

The lodge is purpose built and was lived in by a wheelchair user. Therefore everything is at an appropriate height. Doorways are wide. There is a wetroom shower. There are smart home features e.g. remote control for blinds snd curtains and push buttons to open external doors. Some Internal doors are sliding. See website for extensive details. There is a lovely walk round the lake of the fisherys and the sunsets are spectacular 😀 Our hosts are very friendly and helpful and overall this is the most suitable place for us that we have stayed in. We will definitely be returning. If you use an off road wheelchair there are lots of lovely places for walking within a reasonable distance.
