Overview

This is a great garden centre as it is all flat and the thresholds are all level. There is a good coffee shop/restaurant with lots of seating. The staff are all helpful and friendly. There is lots of parking including disabled spaces by the door. There is plenty of space in the gift shop and between the staging to get a wheelchair around and a disabled toilet too. Great plants at reasonable prices too.

Transport & Parking

Disabled spaces right by the door, but a totally flat car park so able to use walker. Tiny gravel so it doesn't stop your wheels. We saw several people in wheelchairs and they were managing fine.

Access

Everything is accessible. There are three steps up to a lounge area in the coffee shop. These have sturdy handrails both sides and are quite shallow, but there is plenty of other seating in the flat area so you don't need to climb them unless you want to.

Toilets

Purpose built disabled toilet with all the handrails you could need.
