Excellent
This is not just an accessible hotel but an accessible holiday. Everything you could need can be provided from equipment to wheelchair adapted pick up from the airport and excursions. Hannah, Adrian and their staff know what is needed and they provide it. The food is exceptional and the views spectacular.
Disabled Access In and Around

Everything is ramped. The doorways are wide. There are hoists for the pool and hot tub.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Las Piedras provides wheelchair adapted transport in it's own vehicles.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Two large accessible loos in public area. Rooms have wet rooms with shower chairs if needed.
Staff
Excellent
Lovely staff. Friendly and extremely helpful.
Additional Information
A lovely relaxed experience. We had none of the usual worries about accessibility and felt well looked after.
