Easy to get in and around most of large site (500 Acres) - cannot see upstairs of castle but can easily get inside most ground floor rooms and watch video of the rest.

Needed help from staff in Restaurant + Castle - were supportive and very willing to help in any way.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Initially bit daunting using their adapted bus but they help hundreds of visitors daily and getting on/off the bus is easy stuff. There is loads to see in the gardens and the shops there are all easily accessible. On a sunny day it is lovely spot for picnic as well.
