Average
A lift takes you to the first floor. Access to the food area AND the disabled toilets is via a mini lift. This was out order on our visit and the staff hadn't contacted anyone to get it fixed!
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Lots of spaces, but these are unmonitored and open to abuse.
Accessible Toilets
Good
There are two/three toilets for the disabled, but access is impossible if you cannot walk and the mini lift is out of order!

Good
Pretty good.
Additional Information
Good accessibility overall. The lack of access for toilets when the only lift is out of order means leaving the building and going to one of the other places on Tower Park and hoping they don't mind!
