We went here for my wife's birthday and whilst the food was great, portion sizes and staff attention was somewhat lacking. We saw a good few people sending a stuff back, though the staff did sort it. We had to remind staff two separate items. It may just be the bank holiday rush but still something you don't want to deal with when spending a fair bit of money.

It's best to enter through the deli. The accessible entrance to the cafe has several picnic tables in the way. Leaving this way meant wheeling backward across the stones. The doors are all manual, but quite light.

Plenty of parking out front, no marked bays but spaces for disabled parking - two-three cars dependant on how you park.

There is one disabled loo, the route to this is past the kitchen door, so be careful. Doors are concertina style. The pan is on the rear wall and has a rail on either side. There is space for a right side transfer but there are bins in the way and no emergency cord. The sink is operated by a handle and there's a single rail to the right.

Staff were nice enough, though I didn't much care for "next time let us know you have a wheelchair", fair enough it's helpful to share this but spontaneity is a thing too.
