Disabled Access In and Around

Clear signage as you enter the carpark as to where disabled access and motability customers entrance is. Flat even surfaces throughout, and automatic doors Plenty of seating

We travelled by car.Dedicated disabled parking space at the door.

Staff

All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nathan the Motability advisor was very professional and experienced at helping me make the right choice for my needs, putting me at ease right away.I find transferring in and out of new cars very stressful , as it can be a struggle, so I was particularly impressed that he also offered me the option of trying out the car in a more private area if I preferred , rather than the front of the main entrance. This made a huge difference to me choosing a new car.

Clear signage to wear a mask. Hand sanitising stations, and one way system clearly marked on the floor. Perspex screens at desks and reception. Social distancing maintained, all touch surfaces in cars sanitised before and after contact
