Staff courteous and helpful and building accessible with no problems at all (sometimes tables and chairs inappropriately placed in the gallery area). Staff courteous and helpful and if you are visiting for a concert or a show etc, provision is made for wheelchair users and an accompanying helper if appropriate. Disabled toilet facilities top notch and again easily accessible even with a powered chair. Lifts to first floor and full disabled facilities available on the first floor (Victoria Room) which is sometimes used for displays and meetings of various types. Staff extremely helpful and courteous and I believe they have been properly trained to deal with a wide range of disabilities. They clearly know their stuff. If you do attend for a concert or anything in the theatre area you will be guided properly to where you need to be and there are always staff on hand to make sure that that happens in the correct way.
