A restaurant situated in the heart of the city centre with extremely friendly staff and exceptional service. The access is on the ground floor and is wheelchair friendly, however the toilets are situated on the first floor with no customer lift.

Excellent
The entrance access was wheelchair/walking aid friendly as there are no steps upon entering. Regular menus were displayed on the table and no other menus were mentioned.
Parking & Transport
0There is no parking available as the restaurant is within the city centre.
Accessible Toilets
0The only customer toilet was situated on the first floor, which would consist of climbing a flight of stairs which may not be applicable to all persons.
Staff
Excellent
The staff were friendly, approachable, efficient and excellent at their job.
Additional Information
The food was outstanding, as was the service. If larger print menus/brail menus are available, a consideration would be to store them in a convenient location visible to customers or to write it on the bottom of the regular menu. A level access disabled toilet should be a necessity for all businesses serving food and drinks.
