Disabled Access at Maidstone YMCA

Fully accessible for disabled visitors. The disability changing facility at the YMCA offers those with disabilities asafe and more comfortable place to change, as well as meeting 'Changing Places' standards. Disability sessions include Archery, Trampolining, Football, Dance and Boccia.

Toilets features at Maidstone YMCA

A height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, an electronic tracking hoist system is available. Adequate space in the changing area for the disabled person and two carers. A centrally placed toilet with room either side for the carers. Wet room with shower.

Changing Places toilet

There is a Changing Places toilet, which includes an adult-size changing bench, toilet, sink and hoist.

Accessible toilet

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
