Good
Lovely wheelchair accessible spa in a victorian hotel by the seaside. While not perfect accessibility, definitely one of the best we saw, and allowed my mum to feel pampered and glam while taking account of her needs rather than being in an industrial estate somewhere!)
Disabled Access In and Around

The spa is accessed by a ramp, though there is a small bump as you cross the threshold into the main entrance. The spa is all on one floor, with a lift to take you to the restaurant. Spa and pool - There are wheelchair accessible toilets and showers, but getting into the changing rooms is a bit tricky - there's not much room to manoeuvre. Only one side of the poolside area is properly wheelchair accessible, as the loungers make the rest of the poolside too narrow to access. There is a hoist to get into the pool, and shallow steps to access the jacuzzi. Treatments - the treatment rooms appear to be wheelchair accessible, and the treatment beds can be lowered and raised which made this much easier. There is a lovely outside terrace, but frustratingly this can only be accessed in a wheelchair by going through the pool area, and not from the main hotel or reception.

North Berwick is well served by trains, though the train station is not particularly nearby and up a steep hill from the hotel and spa. There is disabled parking outside the hotel, but not for the spa - you would need to park outside the hotel and go around the corner to the entrance for the spa. Staff were extremely helpful.

Excellent
The staff were first class, particularly Samantha, who went out of her way to ensure that we had a lovely time. Staff were there to help with the pool hoist whenever it was needed, and were very attentive.
Additional Information
I'd definitely recommend this spa - being able to get in the water helped my mum feel so much better. And it feels like a 'proper' spa as well - you definitely feel pampered here. Lovely location too. We'll definitely be back.
