Poor
The disabled toilet is not cleaned frequently enough for the amount of usage. Toilet was extremely dirty and floor was wet in patches. I felt dirty after using the toilet and needed to wash wheelchair wheels in every puddle of rain I could find rather than track who knows what into my flat. Whatever the cleaning schedule is, it needs to be done every hour which does happen in some establishments. I have given this a rating of 2 because usually the M&S accessible toilet is out of order so this was an improvement and, on the plus side, accessibility layout is good with decent height toilet and grab rails. Hand washing facilities are not good as automatic tap only produces a half-hearted trickle of water.

Good
Wide spaces in between garments , did not feel that my wheelchair could squeeze through. Two large lifts.
