Overview

My visit was okay. The store is big with lots of lighting and the aisles were very wide and accessible. Sometimes it can be a little bit complicated to get around as there are two ground floors, with lifts going to each floor. One of the entrance/exit points is located at the front of Liverpool One near to Costa Coffee- this entrance has escalators going up and down, but it can be quite complicated to navigate when it gets very busy.

Transport & Parking

4

You can enter the Liverpool One car park from the Upper Ground level in the store, which is very convenient for parking. This connection to the car park is fully flat, which is great for accessibility. Transport links (both bus and train) are within walking distance away- James Street station is only 5 minute's walk and Liverpool One bus station is also a 5-minute walk.

Access

4

Signage was located near the escalators and the lifts. All floors were accessible, all entrances and exits were level so there was no need to navigate any stairs when entering or exiting the building. I did not notice any seating available in the store.

Toilets

0.5

There was only one toilet located in the M&S cafe. I was not able to use this toilet because there was a big queue to use it. It would be useful if there were toilets inside the store. There are toilets in Liverpool One and Jon Lewis a few minutes walk away.
