Slim Chickens

This Slim Chickens was on the top level of the Liverpool ONE complex, on the same level as Chavasse Park. There were two entrances to the restaurant, one that looked onto Chavasse Park and one from a walkway that went into the shopping area. Both of the entrances had heavy, manual doors to manage to get in and out, but staff were quick to help me. There were lots of tables and chairs to sit at, most of the chairs were moveable as you needed. There were a number of ways to order. There was a QR code on the table, however, this didn’t seem to do anything. There were some interactive screens that you could order from, or you could order at the lowered counter with a member of staff. If you were eating in, like I did, you could take a number sign from the interactive screens or a member of staff would give you one if you ordered with them. The staff would then bring your order to you. One of the drink options was a refillable drink that you could get from their drinks machine. This drinks machine was located on a counter that was a little bit high and was at an angle that made it a bit trickier to see, but I was still able to reach it okay from my wheelchair. A member of staff also offered to get a drink for me and even offered me a can of my preferred drink if that was easier for me. Service was quick and the staff were so incredibly helpful. There was also an accessible toilet available.
