Martyrs Bay Shop and Rooms

We wanted to spend a night on Iona,I called this hotel and advised what we would need,disabled access and be able to take a wheel chair or scooter to the room. Yes I was told so I booked it. When we arrived there was not even a ramp,I'll have to go and find it the girl advised,the corridors were too narrow for a wheel chair to negotiate also there were table and chairs in the way. The chairs in the room were way too low for my husband,by this time I was furious and said my husband has motor nuerone,the reply was.......oh it's accessible but not for someone with motor neurone,I rest my case!!!
