Overview

Matfen Hall have excellent accessible facilities. Their accessible room (I believe they only have one) is on the first floor, (a bit of a walk from reception). There is a lift and the room has everything you'd expect in an accessible room. One of the restaurants is downstairs but there is another lift down to it. The pavements outside are, in my opinion, excellent and have been well laid with no lumps and bumps. There is an outdoor seating area but its in an area with gravel so somewhat difficult to negotiate.

Transport & Parking

No parking immediately outside the hotel entrance but you can drive up and park up to drop off ot unload luggage.

Access

Level access into the hotel with seating available right inside the doorway.

Toilets

There are toilets available in several parts of the hotel. Disabled toilet has handrails.
