Overall Rating
Good
This venue has level access, good seating, great transport links but an okay accessible toilet.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
To get in there are two heavy doors but staff are often close by to assist. There are booths/tables/high tables to choose from. You order from the bar which has a low down part. Toilets are near the back of the venue and are signposted well.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Buses stop right outside and there is a car parking facility underground.
Accessible Toilets
Average
The accessible loo is on the smaller side and is clearly old. The lock is a bit iffy so take care if going alone. The red cord is short but I have reported this. Handrails were in a good position for me and I was able to transfer from my powerchair with ease and then turn to exit easily.
Staff
Excellent
Very nice and helpful.
Additional Information
You can prebook tables online and say if you want an accessible table. There is an upstairs area but I believe this is only for large parties and meetings - there is no lift.
