I have experience of challenges around: hearing

Bad
It's quite poor. More clear signs needed. Height of till and drinks area is too high. No sign of a loop system for McDonald's area. No sign of anything in brill. Bad seating arrangements, no room at all and some seats are screwed down. Staff need more training in general and politeness. Toilet is too far away and no sign for it.

There was no loop system sign, no clear signs at all, tills were too high, drink area too high, not enough room for a wheelchair or a assistance dog. Toilets too far away.

There is disabled parking but there could be more.
Accessible Toilets
Bad
There is one in Asda, but it is too far away and no clear signs for it in McDonald's.
Staff
Average
1 member of staff was polite when we were being served, another one was a bit abrupt. Could do with more training.
Additional Information
I wouldn't recommend it to someone on their own with a disability.
