Website says "most rides are wheelchair accessible" we didn't see 1 that was step free access, all ramps have at least 1-2 inch drop at the bottom. Steep inclines to get up to ride are. They've removed over half the disabled bays to add EV charging right next to the ramp which is starting to become over grown with bushes

Once inside no access to sweet/gift shop. Level access to arcade/game zone.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle

Very limited disabled parking for the size of the park. They have fairly recently removed about half of them to add EV charging so ended up parking in the main carpark where there were no additional disabled bays.

Accessible Toilets

Poor

Run down with very loose, almost falling off lift handly lock. We only found 1 in the entire park which was at the back of the very loud, busy arcade with games with flashing lights

Staff

Excellent

All ride staff were very friendly and happy to help. Allowing us to enter via the exit at most rides so we didn't have issues getting back to our wheelchairs. We had an issue with our arcade card, I do not recommend getting one as most rides the readers were broken, but we were refunded some points after a game took some balance but didn't work.

Additional Information

Over all might be a good day out if you have kids but website is a blatant lie about accessiblity around rides. Park is very dated and very run down.
