The loo is in the basement lift access. Red cord and reasonable equipment including red cord to the floor. But baby changing only. I spoke to the very sympathetic assistant in the bookshop.

Non existent but there are buses into the centre of Oxford which has a lot of pedestrian and wheelchair accessible streets.
