    Montrose Library is a public library and community space located on the High Street in Montrose. This refurbished Carnegie building offers a variety of activities for all ages including a children's area with a seaside theme, an information technology suite, and a local history collection. Visitors can borrow books, access free internet, or attend community groups such as Bookbug for children or reminiscence groups for adults.

    The venue features level or ramped access at the front entrance and a portable hearing loop system for use at the reception desk. Inside the building, visitors can find an accessible toilet with a lever tap and wall mounted grab rails.
