Getting in is OK but they have baskets around that make it awkward, items are out of reach and there is a lack of staff to help

Hard to get in as door does not open fully. Only 1 grey bin not suitable for incontinence pads. The support bar is broken and falls down on you. Sink is too small, cannot manoeuvre wheelchair to use sink and dryer. And this is since they adaped it.
