I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.
Overall Rating
Excellent
From start to finish, shopping at Morrisons is always an easy trip for me. Be it solo or with assistance, everything is simple!
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
The entrance/exit to the store has automatic doors and enough room to navigate a fleet of wheel/powerchairs through the foyer into the store itself. There are wheelchair adapted trolleys available inside the store along with a couple of store-owned wheelchairs for anyone who needs them. There is a cafe on site with plenty of seating and a table and chairs located at the rear of the store for anyone who needs to have a rest. The aisles are very wide with lots of room for maneouverability and most products were accessible from my wheelchair.
Accessible facilities: Single-level venue, Step-free entrance, Seating at regular intervals

There is a clean, good sized disabled bathroom available with plenty of room for transfer space, grab rails and a low-level sink. There is a red emergency cord in place and the door is very easily locked.

Staff
Good
Most staff at this store are friendly and helpful, they are dotted around the shop and very easy to spot in their uniform.
