This review focuses on hearing loop acceptance and awareness as part of the Hearing Link "Let's Loop the UK" project.
Disabled Access In and Around
Average
Two out of the four permanent hearing loops at the counter were working though the volume was a little low. Signage relating to the loops was poor.
Accessible Toilets
0I don’t know whether or not there was an accessible toilet.
Staff
Average
The staff were helpful but weren't aware of the installed loops.
