The toilet facilities have been relocated in a recent makeover to be as far from the entry as possible forcing disabled to make the maximum journey possible to get there.

0Appalling redesign of the entrance deliberately repositions toilet access as far as possible from the entrance when it used to be the first facility inside the entrance doors. Could not believe how far I had to walk.
Parking & Transport

As usual these days it seems people with small children are more deserving than disabled when it comes to be nearest to the entrance.

0Located as far from the entrance as possible.

0Didn't see a soul.
Additional Information
If you are disabled and travelling down the M5 make sure you know the nearest services either side of Exeter and use those.
