Bad
Moto have re-designed their entrance from the disabled parking bays. You now have to walk all the way around the restaurant spaces to reach the disabled toilet (singular!) instead of twenty yards from the old entrance. The toilets have not been up-dated for some years and I cannot recommend them. What a missed opportunity to improve the accessibility and disabled facilities of the site. If you use a scooter or wheelchair at busy times you will have to be very careful !

The toilet is fitted suitably for most disabled needs and it was reasonably clean. The floor was wet due to a dripping tap. The door was difficult to manouver and latch. These toilets have not been substantially improved for 25 years and look very uninviting.
Staff
0Conspicuous by their absence! Only staff visible were in dedicated outlets who could only comment on their own shop.
Additional Information
We are considering using another service station further up the motorway.
