    Sabaton Legendary Tour

I emailed the venue the week before the concert to get an early entrance, and they said yes I would. But I didn’t, I was told to arrive at the venue at 5:30, and i would get access to the venue and taken to my seat. so i arrived at the venue spoke to the box office staff, and was told to wait in the queue at the hospitality line, but it was the VIP line, and they were confused about why i was in the queue and got. taken to the café for the ice hockey, then at 5 40 they where letting the general public in so i had to run to the door where my seat was and there was a lot of people so it fleet like i was going to get trampled. The security said that you will get in at 6 like very one else. security had no clue about it, letting me in to my seat at before everyone else. My seat was up 49 steps, which was a lot and steep.it was a the very back of the arena, section ,8 row V, seat 2 and i could not use the disabled toilet because I was not in a wheelchair. which is funny, becomes there was a sign on the door saying not every disability is visible. Sabaton where really good and well worth the trip down to Nottingham from Scotland.

    Good for wheelchair users.

We took our children to see Mr Tumble at the Capital FM Arena. My daughter is in a wheelchair and we had seats with an unobstructed view of the stage, although we were at the rear of the arena. The seats were easy to get to. The arena also has a changing places toilet on one of the upper levels, accessible via the lifts, it is locked with a radar key. As we were unlocking the door to use the changing places, two members of staff came up to make sure we had a key and if we needed any help - good service all round!

This location is very accessible. The seating area for wheelchair uses is very large with fixed seating for Carers / friends. There is a changing places toilet, but, this was only advertised in the usual accessible toilet which I wouldn't normally go in I only went in to change my tshirt!!!!
