Another delightful trip on the ocean, more memories made to last a lifetime. Brilliant staff who are friendly, knowledgeable yet not patronising. Every year this trip is the highlight of our holiday.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Easy access down a pontoon. You are met by staff who guide you to the craft. Today we had Tasmin, Charlotte and Graham. All willing to help, chat and generally ensure everyone enjoyed the experience from start to finish.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Car parking in carpark opposite where you board the boat. If you preplan and use the Weymouth council parking permit scheme for Blue badge holders you park for three hours for free. The permit costs £15 but lasts the length of your blue badge. Have used it for two years with another to go. Great value for money. Good flat tarmac car park too making using lifts and ramps easy.

Fully accessible toilet on boat. Clean, easy to use.
Staff
Excellent
Today the crew were:- Skipper Graham, assisted by Charlotte and Tasmin. All welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Spoke to each of us with respect and encouraged the children to take a turn at ‘driving’ the boat!
