Excellent
Great roomy restaurant. No problem moving about with a wheelchair or scooter or if a person uses sticks or crutches. Tables are a good height and staff are helpful and will move chairs etc to give space for wheelchair user to sit at the table. Good facilities for young children as well. Excellent and cheerful service.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Straight access in to the restaurant. There are no steps to negotiate. Plenty of space around the tables. Very suitable for anyone with mobility issues or sight issues as there is good space round every table to allow easy movement. Good, airy and light place.
Parking & Transport
Good
This retail and leisure complex is easy to find. There are quite a few disabled parking spaces just 10 - 20 metres from the restaurant.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Toilet has key access. The key is kept behind the service counter and is easy to get from staff. Best to be aware when you go to the restaurant as I went to the toilet and had to come back to the counter for the key. Would be helpful to have an info sheet on the tables for people with disabilities to tell them they need a key for the toilet and where to get it.
Staff
Excellent
Very helpful and friendly staff who were keen to assist. Although it is counter service, if a person needed additional assistance the staff will come to the table for the order and will assist with bringing the sauce bottles etc to the table.
Additional Information
The food was excellent as well. Good varied choices to suit all palates.
