Good
The location is not ideal for disabled access however inside there is suitable access to cater for all needs.
Disabled Access In and Around
Poor
The entrance to the restaurant is spacious but there is a very steep ramp which only could take a wheelchair if it was pushed with great force. Also the tables are very close together so this would make it difficult to fit a wheelchair.
Parking & Transport
Poor
Nando's is located in the pedestrianised city centre. This means the nearest car park is quite far away. The streets can get very busy on the weekends which can be a hassle for wheelchair users. The majority of the streets are cobbled which restricts wheelchair users.
Accessible Toilets
Good
On the bottom floor there is a spacious disabled toilet that is easy to access as long as it isn't crowded with people.
Staff
Excellent
The staff are very friendly and always happy to cater for customers needs.
